In Bigg Boss 18, it has been reported that Vahbiz Dorabjee, the ex-wife of contestant Vivian Dsena, will join the show as the first wild card entry. Vivian, who has been gaining popularity among fans and is seen as a strong player, may soon face personal challenges with Vahbiz’s arrival.
Vahbiz faced a lot of trolling after their divorce, especially for reportedly asking for ₹2 crore in alimony. In an interview with Pinkvilla, she defended herself, questioning why women are often blamed when relationships end. She highlighted the hypocrisy of calling for women’s empowerment while ridiculing women in difficult situations.
Addressing the rumors about her alimony request, Vahbiz explained that it was not a personal demand but a decision made by the court to ensure fairness. She noted that if their divorce case has been ongoing for three years, there must be a valid reason for it.
Vahbiz also emphasized that her request for alimony is about seeking justice, not about money. She pointed out that not all women come from privileged backgrounds and questioned why anyone should tolerate injustice.
Vivian and Vahbiz were married in 2013 but divorced in 2021 after eight years. Vivian later married an Egyptian journalist in 2022 and welcomed a baby girl this year.
