The woman was allegedly raped by the men who bought her after the transaction, the police said.
According to initial reports, the man accused of murdering his wife apparently had no intention of staying with her. He is said to have agreed to give her to some people for cash. Later, the victim was able to break free from their control and come to the police, who registered a case against them.
