Farmers waiting for the 18th installment under the PM Kisan scheme may receive their funds on October 5, 2024, according to media reports. While there hasn’t been an official confirmation, reports suggest that ₹2,000 may be disbursed to eligible farmers on that date.
Today, the PM Kisan Portal will be unavailable for two hours due to scheduled maintenance. The site will not be accessible from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on October 1, 2024.
To ensure you receive benefits under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers should keep the following in mind:
1. Link your bank account with your Aadhaar card.
2. Check the status of your Aadhaar seeding with your bank account.
3. Keep the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) option active in your Aadhaar-linked bank account.
4. Complete your e-KYC.
5. Verify your Aadhaar seeding status through the ‘Know Your Status’ section on the PM Kisan Portal.
How to Check Your Name in the Beneficiary List
1. Visit the official PM Kisan website: [pmkisan.gov.in](https://pmkisan.gov.in/).
2. Look for the map of India under the “Payment Success” tab.
3. Click on the yellow “Dashboard” tab on the right side.
4. Fill in your details on the Village Dashboard, including state, district, sub-district, and panchayat.
5. Click the “Show” button.
6. Choose your details and click the “Get Report” button.
7. Your name will appear in the Beneficiaries list.
