Kangana Ranaut has recently commented on her evolving relationship with actor-turned-politician Chirag Paswan. Their camaraderie drew significant attention when a video of their visit to Parliament, featuring high fives and hugs, went viral. Both Ranaut and Paswan, however, are reportedly unsettled by the ongoing speculation about their relationship. They have decided to avoid mingling in Parliament, which they regard as a sacred space for their professional work.
In an interview Kangana humorously noted that Chirag has begun to distance himself from her upon encountering her around Parliament. She commented, “It is the temple of our Constitution. I represent my constituency there. Chirag has been my good friend for a long time. He has made me laugh a couple of times, but now people are fixated on us. Now he even changes his path to avoid me.”
Kangana, known for her candidness, emphasized that there is no romantic involvement between them. Chirag Paswan also addressed the matter during a podcast, explaining his reaction to the viral video. He stated, “I was genuinely looking forward to meeting her in Parliament. Over the past two or three years, I was so caught up in my own life that I lost touch.”
Currently, Kangana Ranaut is focused on promoting her upcoming film, *Emergency*. She has been vocal about her dissatisfaction with Bollywood, criticizing the industry for its silence on various issues and calling it a “hopeless place.” Despite the challenges, Kangana continues to balance her acting career with her political endeavors.
