Xiaomi has launched its new smartwatch, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite, in India. The smartwatch comes in Black and Grey colors and offers a clear calling experience with noise cancellation, which the company claims is the best in its category.

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite runs on Xiaomi HyperOS and includes a built-in five-system GPS. It supports over 200 professional sports modes and has 10 built-in running courses for personalized training.
The smartwatch is priced at Rs 3,999 but is available for an introductory price of Rs 3,499 starting from midnight today on mi.com. It will also be available from September 26 on Xiaomi’s online store and select retail outlets. The watch will later be available on Amazon, with the exact date to be announced.
Specifications
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite features a 1.96-inch AMOLED display with a brightness of 600 nits, ensuring good visibility even in bright sunlight. It includes an Always-On display and a raise-to-wake feature for easy access.
This smartwatch is designed for swimming, being water-resistant up to 50 meters for 10 minutes. With a 470mAh battery, it offers up to 18 days of battery life with regular use and about 12 days with heavy usage.
The watch supports Bluetooth phone calls, notifications in Hindi, and floating notifications. It also has Amazon Alexa built-in for hands-free assistance.
Additionally, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite provides over 50 customizable widgets, including night mode, DND mode, Theatre mode, water clearing mode, phone finder, torch, camera shutter control, and event reminders.
