Union minister Nitin Gadkari revealed that he has been offered the position of prime minister multiple times, both before and after the Lok Sabha elections. When asked about a specific comment regarding support from an opposition party leader, he chose not to share details and left it for the media to interpret.
Gadkari emphasized that despite receiving these offers, he has no interest in taking up the role of prime minister. He made it clear that he values his beliefs and principles above any political position. “I will not compromise with my ideology,” he stated, highlighting that his focus is on living by his convictions rather than seeking power.
His remarks suggest a strong commitment to his principles, indicating that he sees his role in politics as one of integrity rather than ambition. Gadkari’s stance reflects a belief in prioritizing ideology over political gain, showing that he is more interested in serving his values than pursuing high office.
